Our Purpose
Our goal is to meet immediate mental health needs in a mental health crisis or emergency. Our Mobile Crisis Team hopes to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, ER visits, and worsening of mental health symptoms.
Staff Qualifications
Our Mobile Crisis Team consists of both Mental Health Professionals and Crisis Trained Mental Health Practitioners. Our Team offers support to individuals and families in mental health crisis by identifying and providing intervention to immediate mental health crisis situations to help de-escalate and calm the crisis. Mental Health Professionals provide clinical direction during all responses and are able to reduce crisis reoccurrence by offering recommendations and resources for individuals and families in the communities we serve. We can help people and families connect to resources that lead to recovery.
Minnesota Law states that as Mandated Reporters Mobile Crisis Responders must report any abuse or neglect that is happening currently or in the recent past to the proper agency.
